Bad photo of San Fernando Valley
Bad photo of San Fernando Valley, originally uploaded to Flickr.
I was taking this at 10.30 pm from the top of Mullholand Drive when the police asked us to move on. I had no idea it was illegal to be up there at night - until I saw the signs as I pulled up and decide to risk it. We lasted a whole minute and a half before the patrol car went by. My accent saved me a 'citation'. If anyone knows why you can't be up there after 9 pm without getting a ticket, I'd be curious to know.
