Bye bye
I head off overseas for five weeks later this afternoon. I had been planning to write an interesting mediation on the meaning of travel - in my life at least - but then I got disorganised. Surprising, huh? I may do so later in the trip. And look out for pictures and funny little stories about foot massages in Singapore airport, and train strikes in Rome, and prices in London. In the meantime I will leave you with a picture that suggests the domestic joy and stability I am leaving and my consequent anxiety. Yes folks, that's right: Wilson is becoming a metaphor.
