Celebrations

The first day of spring is Virginia's and my anniversary. This year we celebrated our fifth anniversary (a record for me) by going to a lovely hotel , looking at the lovely view, eating cheese and drinking champagne (not pictured) and undertaking other traditional forms of celebration (not pictured). But we also indulged in un-traditional anniversary celebrations:

At the zoo we saw a . We also met a giraffe called Tony and a second giraffe called, bizzarely enough, Anthony (not pictured). There were rhino, . But most exciting of all was the lion.

(We thought she looked like Wilson. )
