iwantsanotherfinalwin

I was in Sydney for last week's preliminary final and while all my Sydney friends were drinking in the courtyard of The Duck and the something or other, (and, to add to the general Duckiness, one of those friends was Ampersand Duck)I was in the bar, standing, bizzarely, beside Tim Rogers, watching the Cats play the Dogs. Was relieved to get back to Melbourne where they take these things seriously. Take the decorations in Federation Square, where I was last night for the launch of Bogan Pride which I urge you to watch when it begins on Monday October 6 on SBS.

Fed Square, Final Eve

Then, this morning, I went to my local, which has turned into somewhat of an enemy camp because Kate is a mad Hawks fan (and lover of Chance).

Newtown Social Club shows it's true colours

And yes, as these photos reveal, I've got myself an iphone. Love it.

All I can say is at least I live in a city that has it's priorities right. GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
