Love of varying kinds
Matt Drudge thinks those saucy young page boys asked for it. Ze Frankhas a great video post today on the number of people/things the REPUBLICAN Senator Foley is blaming for his desire for young boys. Fox News has just plain gone out on a limb and called Foley a Democrat.
I love Ze Frank. Which leads me to a desire to post on other items I am loving. Like
and
.
Televisually speaking I am loving Jamies Kitchen (Thursday, Channel 10, 7.30 p.m.). It's the best so-called reality show I have ever seen. Perhaps because its what would have been called, in the good old days, a documentary. That's about real things (unlike reality tv) and, furthermore, often has the boring bits cut out. (I accept that Reality TV, like 5 days of test cricket, has its moments. But it seems to be my lot in life never to be looking at the right moment.) Anyway, I've been impressed and/or moved by the kids who want to cook. Most nights I watch it I cry. Tobie Puttock is fantastic. And the Fifteen Foundation seems to have a real commitment to the kids - including those who aren't going to make it to the kitchen. It's a shame it's taken a UK organization and businessman to actually come in and put so much effort into helping Melbourne's disadvantaged youth.
My second Televisual love is The Wire but I've just seen the time and I've got work to do, so more on that later.
