Monkeys

Dozens of monkeys hang around outside my room and leap from the trees onto the corrugated iron roof to make big noises. Gosh they have fun. I guess that's where the phrase 'naughty monkey' comes from. Yesterday I saw one try and climb a tree with a mango half it's body weight in its mouth. On a parallel trunk, another monkey was sliding down, like it was a fireman's pole.

Anyway, thought I should let you know that it's not jsut the monkey's that are naughty, but the internet, so my brief blogging career has been severely truncated. So, after an exuberant beginning, I will be much slower to put entries in. And, dear friends who are reading this, will have trouble emailing people. I suppose that's no bad thing went I am meant to be writing a novel rather than watching Alias, or blogging, or emailing friends.
