Our dinner

Last night I made a paella which was, even if I say so myself, a great success. For this I have to thank Simone and Ines Ortega and their recipe book 1080 recipes.(Pictured here at the end of the table while we listen to a guest who has moved to the couch).I cooked 'My Paella' on p. 164. It's also a very beautifully designed book. I love the illustrations.

Wilson, as I mentioned in an earlier post, helped us with the dessert. . He was assisted by Virginia.
