Primrose Hill

Yesterday evening I walked Walking the canal, London - 17along this canal to Camden Town and Primrose Hill.

Walking the canal, London - 18

It was really pretty - a side of London I didn't know at all. The house boats made me think of the boat people in Northern Lights. There were lots of people fishing, but they muttered loudly when I got out my camera so I didn't photograph them. Unlike Virginia I am not a good photographer of people (check out her photos of a dinner party we went to recently). When I got to Primrose Hill I met my half-brother at a vegetarian restaurant called Manna which is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in London. It was really good. (I had the Tamale). After dinner we walked to the top of Primrose Hill Primrose Hill

and looked at the view over London. It was almost 9 pm and close to dark so it was pretty hard to take this photo.
