Stormy
Gehry's Disney Hall, originally uploaded to Flickr.
It's been really, really cold here. Snowing in the mountains, iced up freeways. Hail in Los Angeles. It's been snowing in Oakland where we were just staying. What's with that? According to the news it's an Alaskan snow storm coming through. Or something. It's all too Day After Tomorrow for me. (Not to mention I didn't pack for it) But those looming clouds certainly bring out the best in Gehry's Disney Hall. It's an extraordinary building when the skies are blue but even more wonderful when it's grey.
